This small batch release has been crafted from a vatting of our heavily re-charred American oak casks.

Each cask has been hand-charred by our own cooper in London to a Level #4 Char, often referred to as Alligator Char for the distinctive cracked pattern it creates on the surface of the oak. This deep charring caramelises the natural wood sugars, bringing layers of rich sweetness, vibrant fruit notes and a beautifully smooth character to the whisky. Every cask has been carefully selected before being married together in our handmade oak vat.
